Fantastic house in Plaza de Doña Elvira, considered the most beautiful square in Seville, a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. It's an entire house, with its own private garden, patio, and swimming pool, part of the main house and the adjoining tower. Its facade overlooks the orange trees of the square, and it's just 2 minutes from the Royal Alcázar Palace, in the heart of the city's historic center. The space The property is accessed through an iron gate from Plaza Doña Elvira. Upon entering, you'll find the garden, patio, and swimming pool, and then the main entrance to the Casa Grande with its imposing staircase. On the first floor, you'll find the kitchen, a completely separate dining room, and the large living room. Also located here is a small bedroom for one person with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The room is decorated with antique furniture, beautiful ceilings and moldings, and paintings. Large balconies overlook Plaza Doña Elvira. The staircase leads up to the second floor, where you'll find three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a small sitting room with a sofa bed. The hallway windows overlook the Plaza, flooding it with natural light. Going downstairs, you exit into the garden and access the tower through another door. The tower is also connected to the house, so access can be gained from inside the house or from the garden. This allows for both shared space and privacy, if desired. After ascending a spiral stone staircase, you first arrive at a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Next is the living room, which has a bathroom with a shower to one side and, opposite, the attic with a small kitchen, a small sitting area, and a bedroom with two single beds and another terrace overlooking the Cathedral. Further up the stairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and wonderful views. Continuing upwards, you reach the rooftop terrace, from where you can see the entire Santa Cruz neighborhood, its incredible views, and the Cathedral. It truly is one of the houses considered among the most beautiful in Seville. The garden with its pool is a gem in the heart of Seville. Seville's city center is a bustling, vibrant area. However, our house is an oasis of calm in the heart of the city. The pool is available from April to October; however, the garden is always open for your enjoyment. Guest access The house is rented exclusively for guests. The pool and garden are private for our guests. Other things to note The Santa Cruz neighborhood is pedestrianized. If you're arriving by car, you can drive to Plaza de Santa Cruz to unload your luggage and then look for parking. There are public parking garages nearby. The apartment has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Access is for guests only.
