There is a large living area with open plan kitchen and diner. Relax by the trendy log burner and enjoy stunning views over the Yorkshire Dales. All rooms are furnished to a high stylish spec and have French doors onto the outside decking and private patio with seating Supportive equipment in the main bathroom that will help less able clients The space The house sits in 8 acres of land. Some is used by local farmer so you can see cows but there are paddocks for play so ideal for children . We have fantastic facilities for children and babies inside the house including books, toys and xbox360 so up to 8 adults or children can stay but we then charge £20 per extra baby ( max 2 babies in cots). There is a large garden surrounding the house . The house is all on ground level so ideal for all ages even safe for disabled as all doors are of large size and room are spacious . Ramp is provided for support Guest access The joy of the house is that it is private . You access the house via a private drive from a road in the village . The village is a quiet one so not lots of traffic . Privacy is a key feature . You access the house via a side door and we will give you the key code via email or text pre your visit . 3 bedrooms have French door .. 2 lead into the decking and hot tub area and the other onto a private patio with furniture at the rear of the house . There are low steps into the property The house is accessible for all individuals including disabled. These is a boot room and utility so lots of spaces to pop off your boots and coats . Washing machine available. Other things to note We will supply dressing gowns but not slippets due to waste. The twin room has a TV /DVD and Xbox 360 . The other bedrooms have TV’s and 2 have WiFi music Systems The lounge has a large TV with freeview and a Bose system. We will supply a starter pack for the log burner .WiFi available We have supplied lots of local info and books to read . There is a selection on dvd and magazines too The hot tub has safety rules which must be adhered too but it’s there for your pleasure. The kitchen is large and has all key luxury features including a dishwasher , wine cooler , microwave and quooker hot water tap . We have supplied lots of equipment to use for your days inside. The main bathroom has a large walkin shower and a big central bath which holds 2 if you fancy. It also has safety equipment to help less able bodied clients with showering and toileting (see photos) We have a septic tank so we provide all toilet rolls and all products that affect the water and sewage sytem ie hand soaps , bath products and kitchen cleaning products. Please dont bring or use baby wipes or own hand towels .
