2 Apartments in 1 ! These two second floor 2 bedroomed apartments each sleep 6 and are located a short walk from the city's bustling bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. These Apartments are ideal for business travellers, family breaks, city centre shopping, great nightlife and Chester races. The apartments are accessible via the same main external door and are the only two apartments on the second floor landing of the property. These apartments can be booked together or separately. The space The Apartments These two modern second floor apartments are next door to each other and the only 2 apartments on the second floor of the building. This allows for the apartments to be used individually or as one to allow for bigger groups to be together during your stay. It truly is the ideal solution for larger groups in Chester ! Each Apartment is listed separately on this website as Mia’s Place 04 and Mia’s Place 05. Each of the Apartments have 2 double bedrooms, open plan kitchen/living area with sofa bed and family bathroom. Mia's Place-04 also comes with the added bonus of a 7.5 square metre outdoor balcony with patio set, ideal for alfresco dining or a evening drink. It really is a sun trap both in the morning and the evening We have teamed up with new professional housekeeping team as of October 2024 who provide excellent bed linen and towels before your arrival and ensure that the apartments are cleaned to a high standard, providing a quality hotel feel we all enjoy. The bedrooms come complete with freshly made beds, towels, wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, work area/dressing table, mirror and hair dryer. Each living area has a double sofa together with a double sofa bed (should this be required) and a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV with freeview. Each of the two kitchen areas is fully fitted with microwave oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans together with plates, cutlery and glasses should you choose to cook or just have a leisurely drink. High chair and cot are available at request. In fact everything that you could possibly need, even tea pots! The family bathrooms have showers over the baths and come complete with professionally laundered towels and a small soap. The apartments also benefits from fibre optic ultra fast broadband which is truly unlimited. This means that you can all surf, stream and catch up on your favourite TV shows. Entry to the properties is via key code to allow flexibility for check-in and check-out. The code will be provided prior to check-in. The apartments are accessible via the same main external door and are the only two apartments on the first floor landing of the property. These apartments can be booked together or separately. Location The apartments are located a short stroll from the railway station and city centre. They are also only a stone’s throw from the new flagship Waitrose store where you will be able to stock up on any essentials you require. Reserved parking is available for 2 cars weeknights (Monday to Friday) from 5pm until 8am All day Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Parking is available free in some of the streets surrounding the apartments and there is also a small pay and display car park close to the apartments offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for 2 hours or £3.00 all day). Chester Race course is around a 20 minute walk from the apartments either through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants and shops or around the city walls with their picturesque views of the city’s architecture and river. These apartments are ideal for both business and leisure travels due to their proximity to the city centre. It is also only a 10 minute drive to Chester Zoo or 15 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet village, with its many designer outlet stores, restaurants, cinema and Blue Planet Aquarium. All of these out-of-town attractions are also easily accessible via public transport, with the zoo only 30 minutes door-to-door using the local bus service. Guest access Guests of Mia's Place will have full access to both Mia's Place 04 and Mia's Place 05. Other things to note The apartments are fully central heated. Fans are also provided. Children are welcome with cots, highchairs and toys available. Some road noise may be expected
