The space Luxury apartment of 85 m², Air-conditioned, fully equipped composed of a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms & 2 Wc. The gite Mathilde has a large south terrace, an extensive outdoor area including pleasure pool, sunbathing, barbecue and umbrella. In the area, you can find several services included in the rental price: - A swimming pool common to the cottages 9 x 4. - A common room including a fitness area, billiards,foosball & ping pong, reading & board games as well as a bar. The common room is under video surveillance to ensure everyone's safety. Guest access The cottage has two parking spots. Other things to note For animals, only small ones will be tolerated upon request. Please provide this at the time of booking for validation. A supplement of €30 will be paid on site. Linens( sheets and towels) are not included in the rental. Possibility to provide them for 10€/person (to be paid on site). Minimum 7 night rental in season. Departures and arrivals is ONLY ON SATURDAYS. 2 nights in half season.
