The space Waterfront, privately located, secluded, spacious and comfortable 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms fully equipped villa with stand alone 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom fully equipped spacious guesthouse. Swimming pool, gazebo, fishing/boat docking facilities. Spacious patio with furnishings. Just minutes away from the town area of North Caicos. Peaceful, quiet, private, secluded, cool and comfortable. This four-bedroom house and guesthouse property comfortably sleeps 8 persons. Three bedrooms have a view of the ocean, ceiling fans and air conditioning. For fun head on down to our private dock where you may fish with the possibility of catching your dinner for the night. Go paddle boarding (available for rental on island) and kayaking (also available for rent on island) in the beautiful creek. This property is also perfect for a private wedding setting. Note we are not on the main island where you fly into, but we are on a more quiet island of North Caicos that connects with another islands Called Middle Caicos. You will need to take a smooth and short 25 minutes ferry ride to this island. We can arrange for you to be met at the airport by a taxi who would take you to the ferry port, you pay the taxi directly. We meet you at the ferry port here with the car and show you to the villa. Boat not included and not for rent!! Guest access We are not on the main island where you fly into. We are on the island of North Caicos which is more laid back. You will need to take a short comfortable 25 minutes ride ferry ride. We would arrange for you to be met at the airport by a taxi friend who would take you to the ferry port, you pay him directly. The fees are set by the taxi association. We meet you at the ferry port on this side as you walk off the boat and show you to the villa. The entire property is at your leisure. When main house only is occupied, guesthouse is closed off. Boat and jet ski on picture are not included. Tap water can be used for cooking but not recommended for drinking directly. Bottled water can be purchased at all grocery stores. Main house (3 bedrooms / 3 bathroom) for up to 6 guests and main house and guesthouse for more than 6 but not more than 8. Just provide your list of items three (3) days prior to your arrival to our email address. Reimbursement of items purchased on check-in. Also we can arrange your pick up and drop off at the main airport (at your cost) if that be your wish let us know. Someone will be there to meet you if you so desire.
