Closest ocean beaches are Second and Third Beach in Middletown, RI (30 min drive). Step into the street and see the water at the end of the block! We can accommodate up to 10 people total with the beds and the sofa bed. Please be aware that there is only one bathroom, so it is a tight fit at max capacity. Eat in kitchen with everything you will need for your stay and more! Large living room has additional dining space, couches, and TV. Large shared backyard with a grill, patio dining, fire pit, swing set, sand box with kids toys. If you need any kid items, I’m sure we can set you up before you arrive. Guest washer and dryer available in basement laundry room. The East Bay Bike Path cuts right through Warren - Bring your bikes!! 2 Kayaks available on Bristol Harbor. Long term tenants live downstairs in the 1st floor apartment, so some common areas like the porch, entrance, laundry room, and backyard are shared. Guests welcome, but NO PARTIES. This is a quiet neighborhood. We have had some bad experiences with groups breaking this rule, so if you aren’t sure, just ask. Free street parking available in front of the house.
