A short distance there are local shops where you can find typical and regional specialities. The property has 2 houses: one for the owner and the other one to rent. The Owners live in the property only few weeks during the summertime. The Villa has all the comfort you need. On the ground floor there is the living room with the fireplace, the dining corner, large windows over the hills, the kitchen with dish-machine, a large fridge and freezer, owen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and a shower bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom. The Villa is 180 sqm, but you can rent also only a side composed by the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, 120 sqm for 4 people. In the garden you will find, table, chairs,for your dining 'al fresco' and sunchairs and sunbeds in the pool area. A baby cot and a high chair are availble for our little guests.
