(Only available Sat to Sat) Charming two story waterfront cottage on beautiful 30 Island Lake a private, quiet, deep and clean lake (no public access) with great swimming and fishing overlooking a large stretch of crown land 600 Sqr ft. dock includes a sturdy ladder, stand up paddle board, and two kayaks Parking, Wi-Fi / Netflix Nearby: Glendower Park (tennis) 5 min K.P trail 9 min Rivendell golf 12 min Verona, 15 min Westport 25 min Ottawa 1hr 45min Kingston 45 min Perth 45 min The space Inside, the Lakehouse features an open concept main floor with a gorgeous fully outfitted kitchen (two sinks!), a dinning room with an incredible view and comfy living room with lots of seating. Main floor also contains a powder room with a washer/dryer. Second floor contains two master bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and king sized beds. The third bedroom has a queen and double bed, the bathroom has a gleaming new shower. Linens provided, bring your own beach towels. There is a short 30 ft gentle slope down to 250 ft of private waterfront. Propane charcoal BBQ available along with a fire-pit. Guest access The whole thing!
