 It is finely furnished and it offers romantic atmospheres, modern functionality and total comfort, with a lake view bedroom and a wide internal terrace. For romantic couples and enlightened travelers, a nest by the lake. The space The apartment is a little portion of what was originally an historical villa. That’s why we thought to restructure it starting from its ancient taste and values, with a sofa and furnishings that match with the time in which Bellagio was so renowned as to inspire romantic and enlightened travellers such as Goethe, Byron, Liszt, Shelley, Dickens, Twain, Flaubert, Stendhal and Verdi. Located a stone's throw from the shore, along one of the characteristic steps of the Borgo Antico, the apartment consists of a bright room with a sitting area and lake view, a well equipped kitchen open on a wide inner terrace where two vines grow, good for relaxation and outdoors dinners. The bathroom, with shower and bidet, has a window overlooking the staircase. Queen Size bed (62" X 80"), Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV offer maximum comfort. Its position, in the centre of the ancient village and near to the lake, is ideal to live through the lifestyle that vivifies Bellagio. You can walk among its typical quarters and along the lakeshore, the shops, the many restaurants and characteristic cafes. Moreover, the house is near to the piers, so that it’s easy for you to suddenly organize trips on through the lake. 
 Guest access The apartment is independent. Its entrance is located in one of the typical steps-quarters of the ancient village. Two rooms of total 45 SQM, plus an internal terrace of 12 SQM. Ideal for romantic couples. A lake view double bed room, an equipped kitchen opening on the terrace. Kitchen equipment: gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, grill, fridge, kettle. On the terrace: outdoors table with chairs, clothes horse. Free WI-FI, Tv, Phone, Iron and Books available. Hospitality includes sheets and towels. Check-in and check-out to be agreed. Normally, for the standard of cleaning, sanitation and reset service carried out by a certified company, departing guests leave the apartment by 10: 00 while arriving guests can dispose of the apartment from 15:00. Minimum 3 nights stay. Tourist tax included. Breakage deposit 200 Euro refundable. Cleaning fee 60 Euro. Other things to note The center of Bellagio is called Borgo and corresponds to the historical core of the town from its Roman origins. All the navigation piers are located on the bank of the ancient Borgo (Piazza Mazzini), a few steps from the apartment. In Bellagio and during a stay on the lake, the car is not needed. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, a pedestrian area crossed by nine characteristic cobbled stairways. Car access to the Historic Center ("Borgo") is allowed only to residents and authorized vehicles (taxis, etc.). Free parking and paid lots are located outside the historic center (the nearest is 200 meters, others more distant). In addition to limited access to the historic center, parking difficulties should be considered, especially on weekends and high season periods. We therefore advise against the use of the car.
