Welcome to my home In a quiet residential area just 15 minutes walk into the town of brecon Which has a good array of super markets, coffee shops restaurants and things to do also has transport links to all surrounding areas including Cardiff and Swansea hay on wye and crickhowell there is a lovely cathedral in town and the brecon to Monmouth canal starts beside brecon theatre you can walk or cycle to tal y Bont and stop in the numerous pubs along the way for a light lunch and a drink The space This is a spacious 4 bedroom house which has recently been fully renovated Giving it the ability to cater for larger and small families or groups of up to 7 people You might be keen walkers mountain bikers and families who want to spend some time exploring the brecon Becons it is also only a 20 minute drive to Bike Park Wales to ride some of the best downhill tracks in wales or alternatively the brecon Becons itself is full of mountain bike routes and trails the village of tal y Bont is only a 7 mile drive from brecon and is perfectly situated as a hub for mountain bikers it also has a great little bike shop which offers bike hire /repairs and guided rides there is also a cafe and shop and a few great pubs in the village My property has outside lockable storage ,washing and repair facilities for mountain bikers There is a lovely big patio area with tables, chairs and it has a stone slab for disposable BBQ’s ,and fire pit The rear contained gated garden is perfect for your pets to run around in safety Guest access Whole house off road parking 🅿️ and rear fenced garden Other things to note Off road parking 🅿️ for two cars 🚗
