The large kitchen-living room makes it very suitable for travel groups and families. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes 100 m away and the Westendorf ski resort is within walking distance. In summer there are numerous hiking and mountain biking opportunities. At the end of the street, a family hiking trail starts directly.
