Large 4 Bed House in a Quiet Village with Hot Tub

A large detached four bedroom house. It is a new build with large Bi Fold doors to access the private south facing garden with large 7 seat Hot Tub. It has an open plan airy feel with large kitchen , utility room , 4 bedrooms with 2 en suites. It has a large drive and off street parking for up to 4 cars. The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £300.00 for the Hot Tub per stay. The space The house has a large fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee and pods, 2 ovens and induction hob. There is a utility room with a washer/dryer for your use and a wine cooler fridge. There is a large open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has 48" smart TV with Virgin media. There is a large master bedroom and ensuite with double shower. The second bedroom has an ensuite. There are 2 further bedrooms. There is a large house bathroom. All the bedrooms have a digital TV. There is a private south facing garden with garden sofa and table and a large 7 seat Hot Tub (PLEASE NOTE : there is an additional cost of 300.00 per stay for the exclusive use of the hot tub . The hot tub and garden can be used up to 10pm) If the hot tub is essential to your booking please check it is available for your date as I can not add it to every booking due to having to empty , clean , refill and reheat for every set of guests. Please note that no Parties and Events are allowed. We are happy for the house to be used for filming so please contact me prior to booking for a price for this. We only allow booked guests to use the house during your stay so please include all people attending in the guest numbers . Brides staying the night before there wedding message me to discuss if I can offer a one night stay on Fri / Sat ( not always possible in high season) Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself Other things to note We have a folding single Z bed and can provide an extra air mattresses if required for more guests. We also have a Hauck Travel Cot which is suitable for children from Newborn to 3 years. A high chair and stair gate are also provided.
