Farmhouse Stay seasonal pool &20 acres to explore

Spend your day in the pool, BBQing, walking the back country roads , exploring our 20 acres/creeks and enjoying the wildlife. When the sun goes down come inside and utilize our spacious kitchen, cuddle up and watch NETFLIX in front of the fire on our 85inch flat screen, or play a game of pool. We prefer no pets but would consider a dog (no puppies) if discussed prior to stay. The space Need to unwind? Regain your sanity? Let go of it all? BINGO! Our place is great for a sports team,family reunion, holidays, weekend @ winery, friends/couples/ family getaway and much more! Our home is far enough outside of the city limits to ACTUALLY see a full sky of stars, but also only a short 10 minute drive east on the interstate to experience all of the shopping, fine dining, and entertainment you could ever want! Just seven minutes to the West, you will find the adorable township of Rocheport. In Rocheport try some of the locally owned restaurants and cafes including the well known winery and fine dining experience of Les Bourgeois. If you are a biking enthusiast or just a nature lover/site seer- the famous Katy Trail has multiple access points just minutes from the house. Our farmhouse offers an open concept kitchen/dining floor for entertaining multiple guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and spices. On the main level of our home you will find our toddler play room, kitchen and dining area (back deck is off dining area), living room, master bedroom (small deck off the master bedroom), master bath with jacuzzi tub, toddler bedroom, one guest bedroom, one full bathroom, one half bath and the laundry room. Moving downstairs you will find an additional 3 guest bedrooms, one full bathroom, and "party central" common room space (with of course no spills or damages.) The common areas includes an 85 inch tv with surround sound, electric fireplace, bar area with mini fridge and sink, and a pool table. Please keep in mind: This is our primary place of residence. Bedrooms do have some of our personal items that we ask you to respect. We also have a 3 year old so if you see a random tiny hand print we missed. No fear- we are not haunted. Outside you will find several great places to relax, grill, swim( seasonal) and have campfires. In our swimming area there will be some water toys , goggles, and rafts available for use. Past the rocks and down the hill you will find the entrance to our 20 acres. Paths have been mowed or explore the creek. Bug spray will be provided. Wifi is available! Guest access Guests have access to house, pool( in season) and 20 acres. Other things to note This is our primary home. So small updates or changes will occur more often than your normal Airbnb. This will never impact the number of beds or sleeping spaces
