Manor - nature * swimming pool - 15 people The space It's the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries with friends or family! In the heart of Brittany, halfway between the northern and southern beaches (45 min and 1h30), the Moulin de la Touche estate, with its 3 gites, is situated in a peaceful setting in a theatre of greenery along the river Lié, with all of Plouguenast's amenities (bakery, supermarket...) within walking distance. Numerous indoor and outdoor activities are possible, on the estate itself or in the surrounding area. The Manoir is one of the 2 large gites on the Moulin de la Touche estate. The estate has 2 other gîtes (6 and 15 people), one of which sleeps 6 and is adjoined to the other in a building just opposite. /!\ The garden, swimming pool and games room are shared with the 2 other gîtes. The Manor includes: > Ground floor: - a wide 35 m2 living room - a large 32m2 kitchen with 2 seating tables 12 and 4 people - a shower room with WC > on the first floor: - 2 large bedrooms of 15 m2 with double beds - 1 bedroom of 10m2 with 2 single beds - 1 bedroom of 14 m2 with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. - 1 bathroom with bath and shower - 1 separate WC > Second floor: - 1 large bedroom of 19m2 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds - 1 bedroom of 12 m2 with 1 double bed - 2 sleeping areas of 6m2, one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 bunk bed - 1 bathroom with WC A total of 4 double beds and 12 single beds. > Outside: - 3 picnic tables with umbrellas are reserved for the gite - 1 stone barbecue is available in the garden about 15m away. > on the 2-hectare estate: - games room - the football pitch - garden on the banks of the river Lié with badminton court - 6 mountain bikes and 2 kayaks - swimming pool (12m x 6m) secured by a gate and open from May to September - laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer + washing line and drying rack are shared with the 3 cottageS. Otherwise, it takes €8 for a single bed and €10 for a double bed. In both cases, sheets are available but beds are not made. Bath towels/ pool are not provided. We provide 2 tea towels and 1 sponge but no tablecloth for indoor or outdoor tables. > Cleaning: Thorough cleaning is included in the price but the cottage must nevertheless be made clean, tidy (furniture and dishes put back in place) and the sheets must be removed from the beds. Garbage cans (kitchen and bathrooms should be taken out) > The pool: Between May and September, the pool is open from 10am to 8pm every day. > Proximity to owners: We live 100 meters from the cottages on the estate itself. We are discreet because above all we want guests to be able to make the most of their time here with their family and/or friends. On the other hand, we are of course available to communicate with guests who wish to do so and/or answer their questions, and we can be flexible on arrival times which is appreciated. > Check-in and checkout times: In high season, guests will be welcomed from 4pm and checkout must be scheduled for 10am. Outside of high season, provided that the cottages are not occupied before and after, these hours can be reviewed to allow guests to make the most of their relaxing moment with us.
