Manor - nature * swimming pool - 15 people The space It's the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries with friends or family! In the heart of Brittany, halfway between the northern and southern beaches (45 min and 1h30), the Moulin de la Touche estate, with its 3 cottages, is situated in a peaceful setting in a theater of greenery along the river Lié, with all of Plouguenast's amenities (bakery, supermarket...) within walking distance. Numerous indoor and outdoor activities are possible, on the estate itself or in the surrounding area. The Manor is one of the 2 large gîtes on the Moulin de la Touche estate. The estate has 2 other gîtes (6 and 15 people), one of which sleeps 6 and is adjoined to the other in a building just opposite. /!\ The garden, swimming pool and games room are shared with the 2 other cottages. The Manor includes: > Ground floor: - a large 35 m2 living room - a large 32m2 kitchen with 2 tables seating 12 and 4 people - a shower room with toilet > On the first floor: - 2 large bedrooms of 15 m2 with double beds - 1 bedroom of 10 m2 with 2 single beds - 1 bedroom of 14 m2 with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed - 1 bathroom with bath and shower - 1 separate toilet > Second floor: - 1 large bedroom of 19 m2 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds - 1 bedroom of 12 m2 with 1 double bed - 2 sleeping areas of 6 m2, one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 bunk bed - 1 bathroom with toilet A total of 4 double beds and 12 single beds. > Outside: - 3 picnic tables with parasols are reserved for the cottage - 1 stone barbecue is available in the garden about 15 m away. > On the 2-hectare estate: - games room - the soccer pitch - garden on the banks of the river Lié with badminton court - 6 mountain bikes and 2 kayaks - swimming pool (12 m x 6 m) secured by a gate and open from May to September - laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer + clothesline and drying rack are shared with the 3 cottages. THE ADVANTAGES OF OUR GITES: * FREE WIFI is available in the building. * 1 TV in the gîte * 1 EQUIPPED KITCHEN with fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and filter coffee machine. * 1 LAUNDRY AREA available to travelers: washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack in a building in the courtyard shared with our smaller gîte * OUTDOOR SPACES to suit all tastes: SWIMMING POOL 6X12, soccer pitch, volleyball court, badminton court and all the accessories you need to make the most of it. * GAMES ROOM with pool table, foosball table, ping pong table * BABY EQUIPMENT: cot with real mattress + high chair free of charge, subject to availability * BASIC CONDITIONS available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, etc. * HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): bin bags in each bin, a roll of toilet paper per toilet, a sponge and tea towels per gîte, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, bucket and mop. > SAINT BRIEUC STATION: 35 min by car > LAMBALLE STATION: 25 min drive > RENNES AIRPORT: 1 hour by car 2 taxi companies in the village: le Taxi du lié the Taxi des 3 vallées * PARKING ON THE ESTATE with 14 spaces available for guests + a FREE MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT 400 meters away if more spaces are needed * 10 MIN WALK TO ALL SHOPS in the center of the village of Plouguenast: bakery, butcher, supermarket, bank, hairdresser, pharmacy, 2 pizza huts and its small associative cinema * 6 mountain bikes are available to get to the city center or take a walk in the forest * 15 MIN BY CAR: LOUDEAC with more shops, restaurants and the free aquarev park or MONTCONTOUR, a pretty medieval village with its restaurants * 30 MIN BY CAR: LAKE GUERLEDAN, its dam, its walks and its nautical activities or the coast with the GR34 or the beaches of Hillion * 45 MIN BY CAR: THE FIRST BEACHES Pleneuf-Val André, the beach of Rosaires (Plérin) * 1 HOUR BY CAR: CAP FREHEL, ERQUY for beaches and walks by the sea * 1.5 HOURS BY CAR: SAINT-MALO, beautiful historic city and its beaches or the beaches and the GOLF DU MORBIHAN or MONT SAINT MICHEL > Linens: Sheets are included for 1 week or more. Otherwise, it costs €8 for a single bed and €10 for a double bed. In both cases, sheets are provided but beds are not made. Bath/pool towels are not provided. We provide 2 tea towels and 1 sponge but no tablecloth for indoor or outdoor tables. > Cleaning: Careful cleaning is included in the price, but the cottage must nevertheless be left clean, tidy (furniture and dishes put back in place) and the sheets must be removed from the beds. Garbage cans (kitchen and bathrooms must be taken out) > The pool: Between May and September, the pool is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. > Proximity to owners: We live 100 meters from the cottages on the estate itself. We are discreet because we want guests to be able to enjoy their time here with their family and/or friends. On the other hand, we are of course available to chat with guests who wish to do so and/or answer their questions, and we can be flexible on check-in times, which is appreciated. > Check-in and check-out times: In high season, guests will be welcomed from 4 p.m. and check-out must be scheduled for 10 a.m. Outside of the high season, provided that the cottages are not occupied before and after, these times can be revised to allow guests to make the most of their relaxing time with us.
