Stunning newly refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden flat with private parking with the beach at the end of the road , hosted by Home from Home Portsmouth. Great for access to the attractions, suitable for families and dogs with a private secure garden, split into areas: a sheltered decked area with pergola for the outdoor lounge and dining as well as a grassed area for dogs and kids to play and a patio area attracting the morning sun, with bistro table, bench and charcoal BBQ. The space This lovely apartment has open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, leading out on to decked area with pergola with seating and planting. There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath and a shower room with WC accessed from the hall way. This apartment is on the ground floor, there are no steps. Guest access Guests have their own front door and sole use of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment has one private off road space. It will fit a standard car. If you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles, we can organise parking passes for the road Parking for one car is included additional cars are charged We are trying to do our bit for the environment Wherever possible we are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following: Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible/time permitting) Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don't throw them away!) They are British-made and Cruelty free too Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths. The apartment is dog friendly (max 2 dogs) and there is a £25 fee. We do not currently accept cats
