Family bathroom with roll top bath, shower, w/c & basin. Shower room on ground floor w/c & basin. Glorious views of St Ives Bay, & 10 minute walk of Porthmeor Beach. Parking for 3 cars, linen, towels, central heating, wifi, EV point. The space A lovely granite cottage overlooking Porthmeor Beach with 6 seater Hot Tub, with far reaching views. Located close to the South West Coastal Footpath on a quiet lane just a short walk to surfing beach, Porthmeor. Rocky Close suits young families (with cot and highchair), or grandparents with ground floor bedroom and shower room. Please note we accept one dog, but please they must stay off sofas and beds. Weekend/short breaks accepted from November to Easter, but excluding school holidays. But this is not a house to be used as a party venue. It is located in a residential area, and our neighbours will not tolerate late night noise, and partying. Please respect our property and leave it in a good condition. So no hens/stags/college leavers, and each booking will be reviewed carefully before accepting. Guest access Parking for 3 cars. Bi-Fold doors lead from 2nd lounge to decking with stunning views of Porthmeor Beach and to Godrevy Lighthouse. Other things to note Towels provided for house use, but bring your own beach towels. Please note that we don't accept Hen/Stag parties or end of College groups. This is not a house to be used for parties/celebrations. The house is in a residential area, and our neighbours will not tolerate late night noise or partying.
