The space The House: Newly Remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bath house. 4 Large Bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed - Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed - Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds (Full Size on Top, Full Size on the Bottom) - Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed - Newly Remodeled Fully Stocked Kitchen (Dishes, Utensils, Pots, Pans, Seasonings, etc.) - Keurig, Electric Tea Pot, Mr. Coffee Drip Machine, Toaster, etc. - Stainless steel appliances (Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator) - Remodeled bathrooms, closets - TVs with Netflix and Spectrum - Wood Floors - Modern Design - Lake Tahoe Blue theme throughout :) Hope you'll love it! Guest access Location: - Situated in the charming Meyers community of South Lake Tahoe. - Lake Baron, Truckee River, Kids Lake Beach, Hiking Trails, and Kids Playground are half a mile away, a 15-minute walk. - Enjoy delicious restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and more in the vicinity. - A short drive to Downtown South Lake Tahoe, Casinos, Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, vibrant restaurants, nightlife, Tahoe Keys, Fallen Leaf Lake, Emerald Bay, and more. Other things to note Logistics: - Maximum of 8 guests; no additional overnight guests allowed. $100 fine per guest per night after 8 guests. - Winter parking: 2 cars maximum in the driveway; no street parking to avoid snowplow obstruction. - No pets allowed (though we love them). - Strictly no parties, weddings, or undeclared pets. $750 fine for rule violations. - Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 8 am. Avoid excessive noise, especially after 10 pm. Gathering outside or loud talking during quiet hours is prohibited. A $750 fee for noise violations; sheriff's visit transfers the fine to the guest. - Parking: Free parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Check CalTrans for winter storm advisories. Do not park on the street; avoid blocking snowplows. - Trash: Use bear box or keep indoors. Dispose of trash in the bear box by the street, right of the garage. Avoid leaving food in cars overnight to prevent bear encounters. **During booking, provide names, addresses, and phone numbers of each guest to acknowledge the rules. - This is our 2nd home; treat it respectfully. Damages deducted from the deposit, and extra cleaning fees may apply. Please avoid touching the antler chandelier as it may fall with added weight (thank you!).
