Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached after a short hike along a wild, stony path. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. Photos that show the property's current condition are uploaded. The space Villa Vraskos offers a stylish and comfortable retreat, designed to make the most of the stunning sea and mountain views. Inside, you’ll find spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a bright open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a loft-style upper bedroom, and a gym and laundry space on the lower level. Outside, enjoy the infinity pool with a kid’s area, sun loungers, shaded dining, and a BBQ area — all surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery. Guest access Layout of the villa GROUND FLOOR On the ground floor at pool level there are two bedrooms with double size and king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have spectacular sea and mountain views. On the same level there is the living room and the open plan fully equipped kitchen. Fridge-refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, dishes & utensils are included. The dining area is at the same area too. UPPER LEVEL In the upper level above the kitchen area there is the third open plan bedroom with a sofa that can also work as a double bed. At the same area there is also the third en-suite bathroom. The views to the pool and to the sea are amazing. LOWER LEVEL At the lower level there is another room with the gym equipments. This level features two windows overlooking the outdoor staircase that leads to the ground level. The laundry area is also located on this floor. OUTDOOR AREA At the outdoor area there is a 40m2 infinity pool with a kid's area, offering a unique experience of swimming while gazing at the amazing sea view. Sit back in the comfortable sun loungers and relax under the sun. Also there is a shaded dining area and a large BBQ area with magnificent views both to the mountains and the sea. Access to a pebble beach is offered. Formed at the exit of a short, narrow gorge, the beach features a rocky seabed. From our villa there is a wild stony pathway that is off property limits and leads to this isolated beach. Registration Details 1149887
