The apartment is designed as a loft-style space over two levels, offering large open living areas filled with light and volume. This layout is particularly appreciated by families and groups who enjoy sharing space, while still having defined sleeping areas. • Floors: Ground floor + first floor (No elevator, as part of the apartment is located on the ground floor / accessible for guests with reduced mobility) • Accommodates: 10 guests • Bedrooms: 5 (Three bedrooms on the ground floor are separated by elegant fabric curtains, creating a loft-style layout while maintaining privacy.) • Sleeping arrangements: 6 beds (4 double beds, 2 single beds) • Linen: One set of towels per person (one large and one small) and bed linens are provided • Bathrooms: 3 (2 walk-in showers, 3 toilets, 1 bathtub) • Living rooms: 2 • Laundry: Washing machine + drying rack — • No extra cleaning services available • No extra towels or bed linens available • No music after 10:00 p.m. / no parties allowed • Only guests included in the original reservation are allowed in the apartment MINIMUM STAY *************** • 3 nights: during the year • 4 nights: July & August • 4 nights: from December 19th to January 6th DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL *************** We personally welcome our guests upon arrival to hand over the keys, show you the apartment, explain how everything works, and answer any questions you may have. For this reason, we kindly ask guests to confirm their estimated arrival time at least the day before arrival. On the day of arrival, if any delay occurs compared to the agreed arrival time, please inform us at least 1 hour in advance, so we can adjust accordingly. • Standard check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Early luggage drop-off is usually possible from 11:00 a.m. Please feel free to ask and we will do our best to accommodate. • Check-out time: by 11:00 a.m. at the latest, to allow cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If you wish to leave your luggage after check-out before your flight or train, feel free to ask — we will try to accommodate whenever possible. WHAT’S JUST AROUND HERE ?
