It is located 0.7 miles from Addenbrookes Hospital and the Biomedical Campus, 1.9 miles from Cambridge Station and 2.4 miles from the city centre. The house has 2 stunning double bedrooms, an open plan state-of-the-art kitchen/diner/living area complete with sofa bed. There is off street parking in front of the property for 2 cars. For transit around the city, regular buses are 2 minutes walk from the house. The kitchen has a microwave, gas hob, oven, fridge/ freezer, kettle and cooking equipment. The kitchen is also home to a Nespresso machine. UTILITIES Located conveniently next to the kitchen is the laundry room complete with a washer and a separate dryer.
