Peaceful rural retreat

During lockdown we have renovated and updated our guest house. We are excited to welcome you to our idyllic rural retreat, far away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. The top floor of the stable has been lovingly converted with a big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large sitting room. The stable is incredibly light and airy with beautiful views throughout that make you feel as though you are among the trees. It truly is the perfect country escape. 6 km from Chard Equestrian The space The stable has a large and wild garden that is totally private, with outdoor furniture; perfect for alfresco dinning. We have two dogs and a cat, they are all very friendly. You are welcome to bring your friendly pets. The stable is the perfect location for those looking for somewhere unique and a tad quirky. We love the Stable and hope you will fall in love with it too and will do everything we can to ensure that you have a happy trip in the South West. Guest access You have your own large private garden behind the stable. Other things to note There is a sofa bed in the living room for the third guest.
