The Villa is situated at 1km from the organized beach and the small port of Perdika, giving access to some of the island's best restaurants and bars, as well as a 5 minute boat trip to the island of Moni, Most of the best beaches of the island are in a short distance from the villa and Aegina, the capital of the island, is at 10 minutes drive distance, by car or by bus. The space We take great pride in regularly maintaining our Villa to ensure it’s a pleasant and comfortable space. In 2024, we upgraded by replacing shower curtains with glass partitions and renewing the bathroom mirrors. This winter, 2024-2025, we’ll be fully repainting the entire Villa and replacing the toilets for an even better guest experience.
