Lovely clifftop home with wonderful sea views. This detached 3-bedroomed bungalow sleeps 6 and combines a quiet location by the sea with cosmopolitan Brighton just 10 mins drive away. Free parking. Enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace or relax in one of the sun rooms with uninterrupted views of the sea. You can even lie in bed and watch the waves! The space Indoors: This holiday home is cosy and comfortable with a modern style. With large patio windows and venetian blinds, it has a contemporary theme and stylish furnishings. The smart sitting/dining room looks directly out to sea and seats 6 people. It has a small flat screen TV with Freesat TV, gas central heating and a modern coal effect electric fire. Wi-fi is available and free. The small fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob, dishwasher, a Bosch oven and a Neff microwave. Plus there is a utility room which has a fridge freezer and John Lewis washer/dryer. There are lovely sea views from the master bedroom where there is also a TV and lots of wardrobe space. The beds in the other two bedrooms can be made up as twin rooms or super king doubles! A new bathroom with a large walk-in shower was recently fitted and has a contemporary WC, basin and bath. There's an outdoor terrace and two covered sunrooms with floor to ceiling patio doors which have uninterrupted views of the sea. The house faces south so it warm whenever the sun is shining. There are also terrific sunsets! Guest access Parking is free. There is space for one car off-road in our drive, otherwise you can park in the street without any restrictions. Other things to note Outdoor: Enjoy lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea with its patio furniture or sit in the covered sun terrace and watch the waves. Walk straight out of the front gate onto the grassy clifftop and you can walk for miles. There is also an undercliff where you can walk or cycle by the sea, explore small beaches and rock pools, and fish. The back garden has a BBQ and also provides a back entrance into the property from the car parking space. There are garden lights and a decking area.
