Pamper your traveling companions and guests in the poolside patio area while enjoying the covered Hot Tub The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Single Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Bed Bedroom 5: Two Queen Beds Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (Primary Bedroom Ensuite) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom All Linens and towels provided. (POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED) Our kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook. Guest access We provide a self-check-in service. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you all the necessary instructions for accessing the home one day prior to your arrival via the Airbnb message thread. Be sure to keep an eye out for it. Rest assured, we'll be available to assist you during your check-in process should you need any help. Other things to note - Ice Maker OUT OF SERVICE- - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. NO HEATED POOL -SECURITY CAMERAS- For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly.
