The two-family House is one of the two houses for rent of Tenuta Don Salvatore, 5 miles from Gallipoli and 3 miles from the Jonian Sea. This building has a wall that separates the two houses: the perfect solution for groups that traveling together and looking for their own spaces. It can accommodate up to 10 people. The space The two-family House has a large garden for the exclusive use of its guests. The building has two houses completely autonomous and indipendent. Each house has 4 rooms for a total of 70 square meters interior including: • A double bedroom has an air conditioner and windows with mosquito nets. • A double bedroom with twin beds equipped with air conditioning and windows with mosquito nets (3rd bed available in one of two apartment) • A living room with kitchen. Entrance door with mosquito net (3rd bed available in one of two apartment) • A bathroom with shower. TV, free wi-fi, laundry, parking on the property, gazebo, barbecue, sink and second outdoor shower. For exclusive use of guests an outdoor area, which is also suitable for cooking and eating outdoors, inserted in an area totaling 1,200 square meters of garden and countryside with the centuries Olive trees. Guests have access to the outdoor swimming pool area of 2,000 square meters surrounded by ancient olive trees, prickly pears and stone walls. Tenuta Don Salvatore is 300 meters far from the village of Chiesanuova, 800 meters far from Sannicola, 7 km far from Gallipoli and few minutes by car from the main places of Salento. Other things to note 1) The reservation only takes into account the number of occupants indicated at the time of booking. Any changes in the number of occupants must be communicated via email or by telephone at least one week before arrival. The beds and the supply of linen will be assigned in proportion to the number of occupants. 2) The rate takes into account the entire duration of the booked stay. The fare does not change if one or more people (including those occupying extra seats) stay for a shorter period. 3) Upon check-in, according to the provisions of the laws in force, all guests must provide a valid document for communication of personal details to the Police Headquarters. Guests read and accept the internal regulation of the structure 4) Tenuta Don Salvatore has 2 accommodations: Two Family houses (max 10 px) made up of Ulivo (max 5 px) + Gelsomino (max 5 px), and a small old house Casa dell'Angelo (2 px). Ulivo and Gelsomino that make up Two family Houses are located in the same building, separated inside by a wall. Each house is autonomous and independent, each one has a private entrance and has a private garden. In the Estate there are also the Villa d'Epoca and the premises reserved for the owners. There are also two very tame dogs who have become the estate's mascots 5) Guests are requested to take the utmost care of the furnishings and rooms of the accommodation. It is not allowed to make changes to the decor or move furniture. It is not allowed to host or let other people stay overnight other than those included in the reservation. The owners or staff, in case of need, will be able at their discretion to access the accommodations respecting the privacy and needs of the guests 6) It is not allowed to organize events or parties inside and outside the accommodation and in the pool area 7) The swimming pool and solarium area are reserved for all guests staying on the estate. Guests are not allowed to let other people access other than those registered at check-in.
