Placed on the hillside below the other two villas and very secluded, Villa Fallon impresses the guest with its minimal chic luxury and its breath-taking view of the Sivota Bay. Accommodation is on two levels which are connected with a wooden internal staircase. The space 95sqm/ 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / Private Pool The main entrance is located at the ground floor. There you will find fully equipped open kitchen to the living area, one double bed bedroom and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are located in the lower level. One offers a double bed and the other two single beds. A large bathroom with jacuzzi located at the end of the hall. Storage room and washing machine available for use. Guest access Our team will meet you at the villa to assign you with the key and show you the estate. Two carparks available for the use of Alexis villa guests. An email will be sent to you before your arrival with direction details and all needed information for a pleasant stay. There are signs throughout the way to provide clear direction how to reach the villa. Other things to note Check in time is after 15.00 Check out time is before 10.00 Cleaning of the villa is done prior to arrival. Guests who stays over 7nights will enjoy mid-week cleaning as well. If one wishes cleaning services then we can accommodate this with the condition that the villa will be empty. If you want additional cleaning services please contact us. Change of towels: There are two sets of towels in each bedroom for each week. Change of linen: There is one extra set of linen in each bedroom. Upon request we can change the linen and clean the villa subject to the condition that the villa will be empty. Pool cleaning is done every 2 days with extra cleaning upon request or based on need.
