Being privately owned the caravan has those extra homely touches and we pride ourselves with keeping our caravan standards very high. The space Our platinum grade caravan is modern and very well looked after and is fully equipped for your holiday. Spacious light airy open plan lounge/dining area with frontal bay window and large seating area, 29" led tv, dvd player, dining table with bench seating and 2 freestanding chairs. Kitchen features modern cupboards upgraded electric cooker with double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and good quality equipment. Spacious main bedroom with luxury pocket sprung double mattress, 2 fitted double wardrobes, dressing table with stool and En-Suite. Twin bedroom with 2 luxury pocket sprung small single mattresses and wardrobe. Main bathroom with sink, wc and large shower enclosure. Iron, ironing board, arier, hairdryer, patio table & chairs. We do not provide bed linen or towels so we request that you bring these with you. Duvets and pillows are provided with protectors. Basic cleaning products are provided. The caravan has full electric central heating along with a electric fire in the lounge. PARK MEMBERSHIP PASSES We are a privately owned holiday home and the price is for accommodation only, membership passes to use the sites facilities are optional. All the sites facilities with the exception of the restaurant and cafe require membership passes and the cost is £55 per family for up to 7 nights. Membership passes must be requested and paid for through us in advance of your stay they cannot be purchased by yourselves once on site. THE RESORT Hoburne Park is a 5* site located in Christchurch with only a 10/15 minute stroll to local Avon beach and Mudeford quay, a great place for the children to do a spot of crabbing buckets and bait can be bought from the shop on the quay, catch the ferry boat across to Mudeford sandbank or just spend a lazy day at the beach with views across to the Isle of Wight. Hoburne Park has just completed a makeover for 2025 to some of the main complex which now features a relocated reception and a brand new cafe, bar area, additionally they have also expanded the newly refurbished restaurant to include a brand new outdoor terrace. A short drive away is the historic town of Christchurch with its Priory and a little further Bournemouth with its golden sandy beach and popular gardens You're also only a short drive from the new Forest. Sainsburys, Waitrose, Aldi and Lidl are close by and there is a local Spar just located outside of the parks boundary.
