Directly located under the dunes of Julianadorp is the quiet and well-kept holiday park Residence Juliana. Here you will find the cozy 4-person apartment Residence Juliana 50 with infrared sauna. The view of the beautiful dunes and the minimal walking distance to the beach of Julianadorp makes this apartment very unique. Residence Juliana 50 is located on the ground floor and is therefore easy to reach. The space Residence Juliana 50 has two bedrooms and can accommodate four guests. When you enter the house, you will enter the modern and bright living room via the hall. The living room has an industrial look and features a spacious dining area overlooking the dunes of Julianadorp. The living room has a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa with chaise longue. From the living room, you can enter the partially covered terrace. Adjacent to the living room you will find the complete kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, Krups coffee maker, kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is on your right immediately upon entering. This stylish bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious linen closet. In this bedroom, you will also find an infrared sauna. The second bedroom is located diagonally opposite the first bedroom. In this bright bedroom, there is a bunk bed, the lower bed of which is a 120x200 cm bed. Next to the second bedroom is the modern and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, large sink with illuminated mirror and toilet. In addition to the facilities in the apartment, the house has a sunny terrace and the car can be parked in a private parking space. Guest access You have your own parking space. There is a possibility to rent bicycles at CAN Vakantiehuizen. For rentals of 3 days or more, these will be brought and collected. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. Additional costs: €30 per dog, per week. Bed linen and towels are not provided in the home. You can rent these from us. The cost for bed linen is €9.00 per person and a towel package €6.00 per person. Should you bring your own bed linen: Residence Juliana has a double bed (2 times 90 x 200) + 2 times 1 single duvet in the first bedroom. In the second bedroom, a bunk bed; upstairs a single bed (90 x 200) + a single duvet, downstairs a double bed (140 + 200) + a double duvet.
