T'uther Cottage N/West Lakes and Coast 2 bedrooms

Modernised in 2019 this pet friendly 2 bedroom cottage with bed settee option can sleep up to 5. Situated next door to our 1 bedroomed "La'al" cottage. Located in a quiet village 3 miles from the Lake district National park,less than 4 miles from Cockermouth and 6 miles from the Solway coast the variety of scenery and activities are endless. The cottage blends original features of Oak beam roof and a stone fire place with everyday modern comforts eg.Wifi, washing machine and central heating. The space The cottage is next door to our other 1 bedroomed " La'al Cottage" . On arrival guests are provided with a complimentary welcome pack that includes tea,coffee,sugar,hot chocolate and milk .There is on road parking available outside or an off road communal car park 20 metres away. Guest access The cottage is self contained and has a enclosed rear garden. NOTE though we welcome pets the rear garden is NOT suitable to exercise pets but there are suitable walks within 15 meters of the property.PLEASE always clean up after your dog using dog bags provided in the cottage . Pets are not to be left unattended in the property at ANY time. Other things to note The cottage also contains a fully sprung bed settee in the lounge suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.(please request extra bedding) A travel cot and high chair are available on request. The Garden to the rear of the property has outdoor seating and table and a BBQ for guests use.
