The kitchen and the breakfast room are both modern and of good size with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. There is a table and chairs in the breakfast area and this has patio doors to the garden. The dining area has the enclosed atrium leading off it with Portuguese tiled bench and table. The sitting room leads from the dining room and has three settees and flat screen tv with Uk channels. Patio doors lead off to the pool terrace with tables and chairs and bbq to one side. The pool is a good size with pool heating if required. All the bedrooms are good size with one on the ground floor having an en suite shower/bathroom and two bedrooms share a bath/shower room.
