Holiday house with indoor swimming pool. We offer, in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits St Georges, on the edge of a national forest, an independent house with heated indoor swimming pool. With its 6 bedrooms with bathrooms and independent toilets and its large living room, this holiday home offers a functional and secure space in an idyllic and preserved rural setting. Beds made on arrival. PLEASE NOTE: the pool is closed from 1 December to 31 March. The space The house and its environment lend themselves perfectly to welcoming children. The house is particularly suitable for groups of friends or families wishing to discover Burgundy. It also meets the expectations of groups looking for a reception structure for holidays or business, for a seminar, sports or cultural stays. Many activities around: historical sites, museums, wine tastings, tree climbing, hiking and horseback riding, mountain biking, golf, paintball, ULM, ... The gîte sleeps 12. Heated indoor swimming pool from 30 March to 1 December. Access to the pool is forbidden from 10pm to 7am (technical maintenance). During the summer holidays, the gîte is rented by the week (other holidays, extended weekends on request). WEEKEND OPENING TIMES : Arrival on Friday between 4pm and 7pm. Departure on Sunday before 6pm. WEEK TIMES : Arrival on Saturday after 4pm. Departure on Saturday before 10am. We live next door and will be happy to advise you on what to see and do in the area! Guest access The entrance to the house is independent, there are no direct neighbors. The house makes it possible to respect the social distancing of rigor at this time.
