Beautiful villa with private pool and garden, set in a breathtaking landscape, just 5 minutes from the center of Assisi and a few meters from the FAI site "Il Bosco di San Francesco". The villa, on three floors, is tastefully furnished with carefully selected furniture, carpets and paintings. It has 4 double bedrooms on the first floor and a sofa bed, for a total of 10 beds. There are also 5 bathrooms on the various floors. The swimming pool is at a lower level of the garden. The space The villa is located in the center of three hectares of land with well-kept trees and plants and overlooking the Basilica of San Francesco and the Rocca Maggiore and Minore. The property, on 3 floors, is furnished with carefully researched furniture, carpets and paintings from various countries of Europe and Italy. The recurring colors are the yellow of the brooms and the blue of lavender and the sky. It can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor, a double bed and a bathroom on the floor below the living area that opens onto the garden and a bathroom on the ground floor. Floor below the living area On the lower level there is a large living room (with sofa bed), divided by a double-sided fireplace. From the sitting area, two large glass doors allow direct access to the garden. The floor is completed by a beautiful bathroom with a tub and a storage-laundry room. Ground Floor The ground floor is very bright thanks to the large windows that are present. After crossing the entrance, on the left you can access a large living room from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Assisi and its Basilica. To the right of the entrance is the spacious dining room with a wooden table for 10 people. Here too, thanks to two large windows, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Assisi. Near the dining room is the lovely kitchen, equipped with breakfast table, fireplace, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave. Finally, a service bathroom is available for guests. Tight The upper floor, accessible by climbing the stairs, is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 4 double bedrooms (2 with separable beds) and 3 bathrooms with shower. Magnificent views can also be enjoyed from the bedroom windows. In addition, from one of the bedrooms you can access a mezzanine lounge connected by an ancient wooden staircase with the living room below. Wi-Fi connection is available in all rooms. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, which are also equipped with ceiling fans. Guest access The villa is fully accessible and for the exclusive use of guests who make the reservation, as well as the pool. The road leading to the house ends in the parking lot, which also offers 2/3 covered parking spaces for cars and from which you can access the house via a staircase. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden and in the eastern part there is a large farmyard, which the kitchen also overlooks, where you can have lunch in the shade of a large maple tree or dine under a sky of hanging lights.
