The space Apartment includes - NEW 2024 - panoramic glass on balcony to enhance the amazing view. -fast fibre-optic broadband WiFi, a dedicated desk, chair, monitor & printer. from home. - good size terrace with an electronic sunshade. - pool towels - luxury comfortable sunloungers - Barbeque - 55" Smart TV, television channels IPTV service providing channels from many countries including English channels. - well equipped kitchen - cupboard basics - washing maching and dryer - baby cot, baby highchair provided for families with a baby (please request in advance) - games - high standard professional cleaning Guest access The apartment and dedicated parking space is for the guests' private and exclusive use. Our guests have access to four communal pools and gardens which are rarely busy. An elevator is available from the car park level to the apartment level. All four swimming pools are open. There is a lifeguard at the main pool during peak Summer months. Pool hours 11am to 9pm. The large main pool is normally only open during Summer Season - Easter to Mid September - due to local regulations. However, the other smaller swimming pools remain open including one conveniently located close to our apartment. Other things to note We have a very high standard of cleaning. The apartment has one of the best views and aspects in the complex. We are in a residential gated community with a secure alarm system. The shops and restaurants are six minutes drive from the apartment, and seven minutes to the beach. To walk it takes 25 to 30 minutes and is uphill on return. We recommend using a car for this property to explore the local area and Andalucia. A dedicated secure parking space is provided for your use. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. When emergency drought measures are in place they are often given with little to no advance warning.
