The bed is 140x200cm and has a high-quality cold foam mattress. In the second bedroom there is a comfortable bunk bed (also with high-quality cold foam mattresses) and a sofa. This can be converted into a bed measuring 140x 190cm. Another sofa of the same size, which can also be folded out into a bed, is in the living room. The facilities also include a foldable cot, a baby bath and a highchair. The apartment is accessible via an elevator. The complex has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated, shared use in the building), a drying room, a ski room with heated ski boot racks and a bicycle storage room.
