Spread out over 85 sqm (915 sft) of living space are amazing amenities which include hardwood flooring, a full gourmet kitchen, a dining room, two spacious double bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite). The first bedroom has a king size bed (2 x 2 m) with deluxe mattress and extra pillows to ensure you have a good night rest. The other bedroom is set up as a twin bedroom with equal quality mattresses. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with top brand appliances. The windows are double-glazed to create a tranquil environment, while the hustle and bustle of the city center is just an elevator ride away. Other things to note TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of €6.88 per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights. LATE CHECK-IN: For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: €40 For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: €60 EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a €40 early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm). LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11am) Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us, and we will let you know if it's possible. PETS: Your pet is welcome to stay with you. Please inform us in advance and note that the following charges will apply at the time of check-in: -A €150 security deposit, fully refundable as long as there are no damages in the apartment. -A €50 pet fee for extra cleaning.
