Holiday home 12 - our 3 stylishly furnished and fully equipped apartments are spread over 2 houses in a historic property in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and border the German Wine Route. "Domizil" - the entire property for exclusive use. Main house (holiday apartment 1 and holiday apartment 2 / 9-11 people) and Side house (holiday apartment 3/6-8 people) All 3 apartments with their own outdoor area and barbecue. In addition, there are the arbor, sun spots, a covered guest garden and park grounds. "Vacation home" is in the main house with apartment 1 (4-5 people) and apartment 2 (5-6 people). FeWo 3 (6-8 people) is the annex. Outside, the property has a range of amenities that allow our guests to practice both socializing and individuality: Each property has its own fully equipped outdoor area with barbecue facilities. The covered inner courtyard (guest garden) and the cozy sandstone room offer safety and enough space for a summer evening even in less than optimal weather conditions. Parking spots directly at the house complete the offer. Apartment 1 (colonial style / ground floor / 4-5 people) is 70 m² and has a fully equipped kitchen. (Dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge with freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses and all necessary cooking utensils). There is also a dining area for 4 people. The adjoining bedroom with double bed and spacious closet has direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom with toilet is equipped with a huge shower, mirror cabinet and washing machine. The 28 m² living room with beautiful views of the countryside has both a large corner leather couch overlooking the home theater (swivel 50-inch TV with satellite reception and DVD player) and a second double bed. There is also a rustic dining area for 6 people and a bar cabinet with wine glasses. On request, an extra guest bed is possible for another person. Fast Internet via fiber optic cable / free Wi-Fi Holiday apartment 2 (country house style / upper floor / 5-6 people) is 75 m² and also has a fully equipped living room-kitchen (with dishwasher, stove with oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses and all necessary cooking utensils). The large dining table in the eat-in kitchen can accommodate 6 people, and the bar cabinet has elegant glasses for every occasion. The adjoining bathroom with toilet and bathtub with shower wall is of course equipped with a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms in apartment 2 - Bedroom 1 is designed for 3 people and has a double bed and a large single bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a spacious closet. Both bedrooms are separated from each other and have access to the bathroom. The cozy living room with huge cuddly couch overlooks the home theater (55-inch TV with satellite reception and DVD player). It borders on bedroom 1 and could serve as a sleeping place for another person if necessary. High-speed Internet via fiber optic cable / free Wi-Fi "FeWo 3" (vintage style / loft - ground floor and upper floor / 6-8 people) is 120 square meters. On the first floor there is the separate, sandstone, romantic bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In addition, the bathroom with sink / shower and washing machine, as well as the separate toilet with urinal and second washing area. Upstairs is the large, fully equipped kitchen. It has all the electrical appliances (dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and microwave), as well as the necessary cooking utensils. The large work surface offers plenty of space for brunch or buffet. Of course, there are plenty of dishes, cutlery and glasses - even for larger groups. The room is dominated by handmade, solid wood furniture and the central dining area offers space for more than 12 people as a table. In addition to the cozy TV corner with 2 single couches, which can be used as extra beds if necessary, there is also the sleeping alcove with a double bed and a single bed for another 3 people. The loft is air-conditioned and is kept at a pleasant temperature by fully automatic pellet stoves, as well as infrared heaters in the bathroom and toilet. A large parking lot just for our guests is on the property.
