Holiday home 12 - Our 3 stylishly furnished and fully equipped apartments are spread over 2 houses in a historic estate in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and border the German Wine Route. "Domicile" - the entire property for exclusive use. Main house (apartment 1 and apartment 2 / 9-11 pers.) and Secondary house (apartment 3 / 6-8 pers.) "Ferienhaus" is in the main house with apartment 1 (4-5 persons) and apartment 2 (5-6 persons). Apartment 3 (6-8 persons) is the annex. Outside, the property has a number of amenities that allow our guests to practice both socializing and individuality: Each property has its own fully equipped outdoor area with barbecue facilities, the covered courtyard (guest garden) and the cozy sandstone room offer security and enough space for a summer evening even in not quite optimal weather conditions. Parking spots directly at the house complement the offer. Apartment 1 (colonial style / ground floor / 4-5 people) is 70qm and has a fully equipped kitchen. (Dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge with freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses and all necessary cooking utensils). There is also a dining area for 4 people. The adjoining double bedroom and spacious closet has direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom with toilet comes with a huge shower, mirror cabinet and washer. The 28 m2 large living room with beautiful views of the countryside has both a large corner leather couch overlooking the home cinema (swiveling 50 inch TV with satellite reception and DVD player) as well as a second double bed. In addition, a rustic dining area for 6 people and a bar cabinet with wine glasses. On request, an extra guest bed is possible for another person. Fast Internet via fiber optic cable / free Wi-Fi Apartment 2 (country house style / upper floor / 5-6 people) is 75 square meters and also has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (with dishwasher, stove with oven, large fridge with freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster and microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses and all the necessary cooking utensils). The large dining table of the kitchen-living room can accommodate 6 people. In the bar cabinet there are elegant glasses for every connection. The adjoining bathroom with toilet and bathtub with shower wall is of course equipped with a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms in apartment 2 - bedroom 1 is designed for 3 people and has a double bed as well as a large single bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a spacious closet, both bedrooms are separated from each other and have access to the bathroom. The cosy living room with a huge cosy couch has a view of the home cinema (55 "TV with satellite reception and DVD player) .It is adjacent to bedroom 1 and could serve as a sleeping space for another person if necessary. Fast Internet via fiber optic cable / free Wi-Fi "FeWo 3" (vintage style / loft - ground floor and floor / 6-8 people) is 120 square meters. The space is dominated by handmade, solid wooden furniture and the central dining area can accommodate more than 12 than 12 people as a table. In addition to the cozy TV corner with 2 single couches, which can be used as additional beds if necessary, there is also the sleeping alcove with double bed and single bed for another 3 people. The loft is air conditioned and is kept at a pleasant temperature by fully automatic fur stoves, as well as infrared heaters in the bathroom and toilet.
