The apartment has a privileged location, less than 15 minutes by public transport from the main tourist attractions of the city and next to the Atocha train station. In compliance with current regulations for temporary rentals, our tenants must sign a very simple digital seasonal contract, in which the reason for the stay will be indicated (Business, work, studies, health, visits, etc.), which we must present in case of any request from the competent authorities. Guest access The apartment is provided with all the necessary bed linens and towels for guests. In the bathroom, you'll find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel for your first day. You don't need to pack all of this in your suitcase. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
