Channel 4's 'Village of the Year', Lympstone is within walking distance as is the beautiful historical harbour town of Topsham. Both can be reached via the coastal footpath and cycle path adjoining Bunny Barn. 5 minutes walk away is the award winning Darts Farm, selling a wide range of local and organic produce.
