A 7 minute drive to Mykonos town, our tranquil home is a relaxing base to explore the island. We welcome all guest over 25 years, a valid Photo ID is required at the time of booking. The space Our house is ideal for a family or two couples +1 and sleeps up to 5 people total, NOT MORE. Newly renovated, with 80 sq. meters (862 sq. ft) of interior space, on 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer dryer, smart TV, AC and ceiling fans throughout the house. Bedroom details: Bedroom 1 basement level, 2 twin beds, AC/ ceiling fan, Bedroom 2 second level double bed AC/ceiling fan, Small 3rd bedroom has fan no AC). Free cleaning service every 5 days. We don't provide beach towels. Conveniently located only 7 minutes from Mykonos town, the airport and the port, and many many beautiful beaches on an easy access road. Highly recommend that you rent your own car, motorbike, ATV and free parking is available. There is no safe access to public transport from Costa Ilios, the nearest bus stop (Ornos) is a 20 min hike on steep roads with no sidewalks. Guests have used the taxi booking app IMOVE. I can provide the name of a driver I use on request. There is a full stove to prepare breakfast or "light" meals. 2 fridges no dishwasher, no microwave. Better than cooking at home go out or enjoy a wide range of delivery options from nearby restaurants. Please No Parties, Events or Loud Music on the premises. No Smoking inside the house No recreational drugs including marijuana (illegal in Greece) anywhere on the property and Costa Ilios. NOTHING, not even toilet paper is to be flushed in the toilets. Please use the bins provided. Any toilet backup from this will result in a penalty and a terrible stay for you! **Important Note** There are no security cameras or listening devices inside or outside of the property. Remote control connectors to the ceiling fans may be mistaken for a Security Camera BUT it is NOT A SECURITY CAMERA. if you have concerns about this I encourage you to book elsewhere. See photos for more info. We welcome all Guests over 25 years old who READ and COMPLY to our HOUSE RULES. A valid photo ID will be requested upon booking. If a business is booking on behalf of a party we will request the ID and contact info of one of the guests staying on the premises. Short-term power outages do occur on the island. We have no way to track or control this. Guest access The first time they arrive guests contact the housekeeper to gain entry and receive the keys. Guests can use the community pool, private beach, tennis courts, the basketball court - No Lifeguard or fencing at Pool and Beach. Family friendly location, older kids and teens can roam and explore in the car-free grounds. Since 2022 we enjoyed the great taverna and pool bar inside Costa Ilios The beach and pool have free lounge chairs and umbrellas on a first come first serve basis. No topless, nude sunbathing here. * The community pool and taverna is open from June to October, if for any unexpected reason they are closed no discount will be given. Other things to note There are many unique things about this house; its tranquility, amazing sea view, mediterranean gardens and natural rock formations and Greek village atmosphere. The pool is great for those that prefer it, but for me it's the (protected from the North winds) private beach and family atmosphere. So if you don't feel like an excursion to one of the many beautiful beaches on the island, our beach is right there, and the umbrellas and lounge chairs are free! Registration number 00000397195
