The space This lovely adn well maintained private Villa is located in a very peaceful area on the upper side of the town of Toscolano-Maderno (3,5 km from the town hall). There is a wonderful LAKE VIEW from almost all areas of the house, the garden and the pool. The swimming pool is for exclusive use of our guests and is located inside a large private garden with olive threes and a well kept green areas. There is a small patio with garden furniture by the pool, a covered terrace by the 1st level and a large paved terrace by the living room on the ground floor level. We enter the property from a gate in the parking area that can fit up to 3 cars. A few steps take us from the parking area to the entrance of the 1st floor. On this floor there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. both rooms have a wonderful view of the lake from large windows and one has access to a small terrace. room 1: 1 double bed (180x190 cm) + 1 single bed (90x190 cm) room 2: 1 double bed (160x190 cm) The stairs outside take us to the ground floor that has an ample paved terrace with a table and a BBQ. Entering the house we find the kitchen and an ample living area with a wonderful LAKE VIEW. On the back side of this level there is a bedroom and a bathroom. room 3: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole property which includes the house, the swimming pool, garden and the covered and uncovered terraces.
