The apartment, completely renovated in May 2017, is located on the first floor of a fifteenth Century building. The neighborhood is typically Venetian and not very touristy. The apartment is in the historic center just 5 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and 7 from Piazza San Marco. Very close there is the fifteenth century Church of the Miracles, a hidden gem. Just 200 meters away there is a supermarket. All around there are typical Venetian bacari (taverns) and some excellent restaurants. The space The entrance is from a private courtyard and there is only one flight of stairs to get in. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with King size beds and one with a French size bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed where 2 people can comfortably sleep. The apartment has 3 bathrooms, one of which with direct access from one of the double rooms. Five windows, three in the living room and two in one of the larger rooms, give a fantastic view directly to a typical Venetian Canal where gondolas often pass. The other 3 rooms and another bathroom have windows that overlook a beautiful internal garden. Guest access The apartment is entirely available to guests who can also use a washing machine and dishwasher. Other things to note Starting from the 24th of August 2011 the Municipality of Venice has established the Stay Tax with City Council resolution n. 83/2011. The tax is applied to the overnight stays of non resident in the Municipality of Venice for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights and amounts to 4,00 Euro per person per night. (2,00 Euro for children between 10 and 16. Kids under 10 do not pay). We also inform you that the owner of the flat has to communicate the personal data of every guest within 24 hours from his arrival.
