Charming Studio Walkable to Downtown Portland

Welcome to our charming studio apartment located at 261 State Street in the heart of vibrant Portland, Maine! This charming retreat is the perfect choice for solo travelers or couples seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in this picturesque coastal city. Professionally cleaned and maintained! 20183132- ST The space The studio is located within a 7 unit historic apartment building. The studio is on the 1st floor and has a private entrance, a kitchen (but no stove/oven currently), a bathroom and a living & bedroom. Please let us know what you like and don’t like about it so we can make it even better! Guest access Guest will access the studio through the main entrance which is off of State Street. There is a digital main entrance and a digital lock for the Studio door. A lockbox with a physical key is next to the Studio door in the event the digital lock malfunctions. The studio is completely private and is on the first floor. Other things to note The apartment is pet-friendly, however there is a $50 fee per pet. This payment is due before the trip and is payable through the AirBnB Resolution Center! For any guests that are staying in the winter months, the heat is fixed and set to 71 degrees. An electric space heater is provided in the apartment for any additional heat you may be accustomed to at home! Please be aware that the bathroom is quite cozy and can only accommodate one guest at a time!
