Quiet country house The space Located on a plot of 3,000 m2 bordered by hedges but not fully fenced, our 210 m2 house has 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each), a very large 50 m2 living room (dining room + summer living room), a 40 m2 winter living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cellar with a washing machine. We provide garden tables and chairs as well as deckchairs to enjoy the sun. The barn also located on our land is not inhabited. Ground floor: living room overlooking the garden/dining room with table for 12 people, 2nd living room, spacious kitchen with central island and toilet Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm bed), one bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and a toilet Outside: 2 garden tables and 14 chairs, Weber charcoal barbecue, 2 parasols At the crossroads of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie (20 km) and Les Sables d'Olonnes (17 km), our house is located 3 km from La Mothe-Achards, which has all the amenities: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, tobacco, Super U, banks, post office, pharmacy, hairdresser etc. The region has a wide range of activities: cycling in the Olonnes forest, karting, tree climbing, Les Sables Zoo, Puy du Fou (1 hour drive). Bed linen is not provided but can be rented for €13 per bed. Optional cleaning fee: €150 A security deposit of €800 to be paid by check will be required upon arrival.
