- Large old house of character of 300 m2 - Come and recharge your batteries in Plaisance, our comfortable family home that we renovate as a family and leave at your disposal during our absence. Ideally located 3 km from the beautiful city of Saumur, its location is ideal for discovering the castles of the Loire and its surroundings. The space - PLEASE NOTE THAT HOUSE LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED - If you want to include sheets (beds made for your arrival) and towels, we offer them for an extra €12 per person. We offer 8 beautifully decorated bedrooms (8 double beds or 14 single beds and 1 double bed), 3 bathrooms, a very large living/dining room and a large equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant flowery terrace (equipped with table/chairs and parasol). In the huge garden, many outdoor games are at your disposal: ping pong , molky, croquet... and hammocks to relax! Also present in the house: 2 cribs, playpen, stroller, highchair, baby lounger. Guest access Secure parking inside the house's yard. Other things to note The house doesn't have a bedroom on the ground floor. The house, very spacious, allows you to have a quiet corner to read or sleep well. A pleasant garden with trees and flowers welcomes you... We have been renovating the house with care for several years, a few parts of the house remain to be painted (the stairwell and the living room on the 1st floor/dorm). We offer for rent a small house with four beds (a bathroom and a small kitchen) overlooking the same courtyard. This small house is never rented independently. We reserve it for your comfort!
