Tuscan vineyard home. Near Florence

My place has amazing views of Chianti Rufina vineyards. It's a great base if you want to explore Florence and yet also stay in the countryside. You’ll love Borgo di Sopra because it is so peaceful. You can easily pass the time just watching the changing light on the vineyards. My place is good for couples. The space My apartment is spacious. You will feel at home here. It is great for a couple but there's space for two couples or a family. It is traditional Tuscan in style with large working fireplace and rustic terracotta floors and chestnut beams. The renovation is recent, so everything is comfortable and freshly equipped. Guest access The apartment has the use of two terraces. Both overlook the gorgeous Nipozzano vineyards. The smaller terrace is just by the front door, within easy reach of the kitchen and makes a great spot for evening dining. The larger pergola terrace has a sweeping view of not only the vineyards but the hills beyond. Other things to note 1. You do need a car to stay here. Access is via a 1km unpaved farm road. The road has a loose stone surface so it is slow and bumpy to drive. Most guests arrive in normal rental cars without problem, but cars with very low ground clearance (sports cars and some saloons) may have to drive with particular care. 2. Air conditioning units are in the two double bedrooms only. A/c consumption is metered - 7 kwh electricity/day cumulatively are included in the rental, extra units@ 0.40€cents. 3.
