Only a 5 minute drive to GOTL, a 7 minute drive to Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Short drive to many local wineries. Wifi available. Walkway down to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! 32" TV. Community gazebos with fire pit! Laundry facilities available. Construction nearby.
