10 Bed Family House on Golf Course Near Polzeath

Oak Tree House is on the edge of The Point Golf Course where you can buy weekly membership to access facilities - indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and 18 hole course. The house has a large garden with direct access to a stream over a safety stile. It is well appointed to include a football goal, basket ball hoop, two large patios with bbq and 10 person seating. The house is 20 mins walk across the golf course directly to Polzeath Beach, surf schools, cafes, restaurants and shops. The space Ground Floor: Large Hall, Kitchen/Dining Room/TV, Sitting Room with wood burning stove and TV. Leading into a sunroom/conservatory. Utility, Cloakroom/W.C. Bedroom 5: Twin Beds with en-suite bathroom First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize Bed with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2: Kingsize Bed (can be zipped and unlinked to make twin beds) with ensuite shower, Bedroom 3: Single Bed with ensuite shower, Bedroom 4: Triple Room with 3 single beds and ensuite shower Each bedroom is ensuite allowing for multiple friends, couples and families to share the house together. In the sitting room you will find a large smart TV, a Sony Playstation 2, WII, dvd player and plenty of family movies and board games. The kitchen is open plan with an island and well appointed with new cookers, induction hob, large fridge freezer and two dishwashers. There is a wall mounted TV at one end and a huge table which seats 10 at the other. It's a great space for getting together for supper at the end of the day to discuss the days activities. The garage has been converted into a games room with two sofas, a projector to watch movies/TV, a full size table football and a desk is available connected to the Wifi. Guest access The entire house and garage are available for you to enjoy. The garage is where you will find the table football and store your golf clubs. There is an enclosed lean to behind the garage where you can store buggies, beach stuff and wetsuits. The house has a utility room that has an additional separate fridge as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer and sink. There is a back door leading from the utility room to the garden. There are five bedrooms all ensuite, four are upstairs and one twin is downstairs. The twin bedroom upstairs can be made up into a king size bed or kept as two singles. This arrangement works well for different families sharing, couples or multiple friends. The kitchen is open plan and well appointed with two cookers, induction hob, fridge freezer and two dishwashers. Other things to note Hi we really hope you enjoy staying in our house. It is a large house with a wrap around garden. It is all fenced in to keep any dogs safe. CCTV covers the outside of the property but can be switched off at guest request. There is a stream at the end and side of the garden with a ranch style fence around them. There are two styles so if you are worried about your children going over these and into the streams, please either keep an eye on them or tell them not to go over alone. We also have a lovely new patio area with a table and new chairs. There is a Webb er briquette bbq that you can use. Finally, we are blessed with very strong water pressure, which mean the showers are lovely and powerful but watch the taps and hose as these can be vey strong and can catch you out.
