8 bedroom house, ideal for family/friend gatherings

This family home is located in the center of the village of L'Huisserie. It has 8 bedrooms of different sizes (7 to 20 m2). A large dining room, a living room, a kitchen with a back kitchen as well as an outbuilding. The house overlooks a closed courtyard (good for small children!). There is also a large outdoor room of 40 m2 (meals, games, rest...), a covered terrace and a small garden. The rooms on the second floor have AC. The space The advantage of this house is its capacity for both accommodation and meals. The sleeping area on the first and second level is well isolated from the living rooms on the ground floor. So some can stay to enjoy the evening downstairs while others can go to sleep (for example children) Guest access The entire house is available as well as the outdoor room, terrace and garden from the inner courtyard Other things to note Linens and toiletries are not provided, please bring your own. All bedrooms have pillows, except the dormitory whose beds have bolster pillows. The security deposit is €500. There is nothing to pay, it is the maximum amount that will be requested in case of damage. Cleaning and tidying up must be done before departure. The house must be returned in the same clean condition as it was before arrival. Please make sure to empty the fridge and garbage cans. For this purpose, containers for sorting (household waste, glasses, packaging, etc.) are available about a hundred meters from the house) A cleaning fee is possible (€120). This option can be requested after booking, acceptance via the Airbnb platform will be required. The minimum stay is two days. A ping pong table, BBQ, dryer are available on request a few days before your arrival. A communal pétanque court is available within 100 meters. A bakery, restaurant and pizzeria are nearby.
