Villa Arietta is a lovely secluded villa with a private pool and 3 bedrooms, surrounded by garden with local Mediterranean plants , colourful flowers and stone walls, in perfect harmony with the impressive landscape. Located on a plot of 2,500 square meters in the picturesque village of Kontogenada, is only 10 mins drive to the magnificent Petani beach and 15 mins drive to Lixouri where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants. The space Exterior The pool area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and decorated with clay pots with beautiful olive trees. The villa boasts a large veranda overlooking the valley and a bbq area complete with a charcoal grill and plenty of seating. It is perfect for families and friends and is also the ideal choice for a newlywed couple. You may spend your day by the pool, soak up some sun, and then have dinner under the stars, enjoying the soft summer breeze. Interior Entering the villa there is an open plan area consisting of the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room is furnished with an elegant wooden table with 6 chairs. The living room is flood by natural light via windows that expose the outdoors beauty and a balcony door that allows straight access to the panoramic veranda. White, brown and beige are the colors used for furniture, finishes and coatings and which give a refined atmosphere to the environment. The floor with geometric patterns at the entrance, the wooden ceiling and the vintage furniture emphasize the retro style of the villa. A small hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a unique vintage closet and to the bathroom characterized by basic lines and sober colors. The hallway also leads to the second bedroom with 2 single beds, to the third bedroom with a single bed and an antique wooden closet and to the second bathroom. The twin bedroom and the single bedroom are connected and are not separate by a door. Other things to note The villa consists of 2 floors. The first floor can accommodate up to five people. The ground floor, which is an open space studio and can accommodate up to two people, is used ONLY SUPPLEMENTALLY. In case a group of up to five people books the first floor, the ground floor remains closed and is not used by anyone so that guests enjoy COMPLETE PRIVACY.
