It sleeps 12, has five bathrooms, high-end designer furniture, a top-notch kitchen and a private infinity pool, and then there is the view: the frontline position gives unobstructed, panoramic views of the sapphire-blue Mediterranean, and the villa practically touches the water. It sits right on the cutest little beach, ideal for easing yourself into crystal-clear water and gliding between the rock formations out into the deep blue, and safe enough for small children when they stay by the shore inside the little bay. The location is not only about the view. Plenty of eateries and bars are within walking distance, and Coral Bay, with its blue-flag beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, and a bustling strip of restaurants, bars and shops, is around a seven-minute drive. Further west are St George and the beautiful Akamas Peninsula nature reserve. Back east you will find the medieval port at Kato Paphos beside a charming harbour and seafront full of eateries, bars and shops, and the Old Town of Paphos, with its daily market and quaint streets, belongs on any itinerary. An impressive deluxe home set over four floors, Vista has an open-plan ground floor with a comfortable lounge, a large flat-screen television with English-speaking channels, a PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) with games, a dining area and a super-modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. This floor also has a family shower room, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. On the lower level there is a room in the annexe sleeping two guests, with patio doors to the outside, and a pool table. The first floor holds the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and a balcony with sea views, plus a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower. Climb one more floor and you reach the fabulous rooftop terrace, with a soft seating area and a sensational hot tub (optional extra) with built-in Bluetooth speakers and illuminated bubbles: the spot for a perfect sunset at the end of a perfect day, so remember to bring the fizz. The outdoor space is a world of its own. The decked area has an al fresco dining area, a pool bar, luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a barbecue, all overlooking the amazing infinity pool and a lush green lawn, and all placed to enjoy the breathtaking view from morning until night. There is a table tennis table too. Bring a camera: you will want to take this view home with you.
